Shipping, Exchange & Return Policy

Shipping

We offer free shipping in the United States for all orders via USPS, and affordable flat rate international shipping for all other countries. Import and customs fees are determined by the destination country.

Exchanges

We want you to love your Turath Hub goods. If you would like to exchange your product for another size or item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by email at turathhub@gmail.com.

One time exchanges for shoes in a different size are free of charge within the United States. For international exchanges, please contact us directly. All shoes must be unworn and in their original condition.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your shoe order, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for store credit, as long as the product is in its original condition. Shoes must be unworn.

A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking costs. Returns requested after 15 days will be refunded as store credit only.

Bags, accessories, and home goods may be exchanged for another item, but they are not eligible for refund. Please contact us directly for more details at turathhub@gmail.com.

We cannot offer refunds on custom made products.

If your shipment arrives damaged due to weather or transit conditions, please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving the order at turathhub@gmail.com. We will arrange an exchange as soon as possible.

Delivery & Customs Policy

Once an order has been shipped, Turath Hub is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts caused by the customer being unavailable at the delivery address. If a courier service attempts delivery and the package cannot be received, any reshipping fees, return shipping charges, or related costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority.

Turath Hub is unable to reimburse or refund orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Shoe Sale

We offer free exchanges for United States orders only on sale shoes for a different size or style. Returns are not accepted on sale shoes.

Clearance

All clearance sales are final, unless the customer agrees to cover the shipping cost for an exchange.
